Introducing TCM’s Referral Program
At TCM, we believe that referrals are the greatest form of flattery. If you know someone who is having worries about their IT, do them a favor and put them in touch with us.
We will pay you $25 for anyone that you refer to us that we get an appointment with. When your referral becomes a client (and has spent $1,000 or more), then we will pay you an additional $50, and give your referral a $100.00 friend discount.
New TCM Website
In the second half of 2010 we began the process of reaching out to our customers to let them know what The Chip Merchant is all about. For those who have been with us for the last decade or more, The Chip Merchant has been the place to buy memory, computers, and computer parts. But over the last few years we have gone through a transformation to become the service based organization that we are today.
What this means to our customer is that we are able to provide you with additional services, all with the same quality and reliability you have come to expect from our organization. For several months now, we have been telling you about upcoming changes in our website and our logo. These changes better reflect the type of company The Chip Merchant is today.
Over the next few days you will see us transform into the new TCM, a service based organization that aims to provide the small business with all their technology needs. We have enhanced our core business and expertise to transform from a hardware company to a service oriented solution provider. To illustrate, as a hardware company The Chip Merchant would offer hardware and services to replace a server for a customer, while the new TCM looks deeper at how the business has changed and what new challenges those changes pose to the customer, which in this particular example could translate into a collocated server, a virtual environment, or a cloud solution.
